Hey, Caio and Pearce here. While working in the creative industry, we explored our passion for intuitive energy healing and the benefits of spiritual practice. We realized that prioritizing spiritual awareness, embracing self-discovery, and balancing our energy heighten our total creative experience—making it more fluid, enjoyable, and alive.

Despite having each other to share ideas, resources, and personal revelations, these meaningful conversations with others were rare.

So, we created Om Design School—a space for creative individuals to rediscover true Self and experience their creative energy in new, inspiring ways. Together.

  • Growing up in São Paulo, Brazil, Caio’s life goal was to change the world. He was determined to dive into Law and Politics, but the artist in him wanted to create change by inspiring people. That led to a long journey in Art and Design, working on many large brands such as Pepsi Co., Bell Canada, HP Inc., and Canada Goose, and with community-focused brands and nonprofits. His search for more meaningful and life-changing work has taken him to study ancient and modern practices such as Reiki, Thai Massage, and Psychotherapy that deepen our connection to each other and the world.

  • Pearce entered the creative industry the same year he discovered Reiki energy healing. While building his career as an art director and designer at renowned agencies like Leo Burnett, Y&R, john st., and Jackman, he also became a certified Reiki Master. Initially, these paths felt like competing forces, leading to bouts of anxiety and doubt. But once he embraced both healing and design as part of his purpose, his path became clear. Now, Pearce is dedicated to helping people and brands see themselves in their highest light, drawing inspiration from his experiences as a professional beatboxer, internationally touring dancer, business reinventionist, instructor, husband, and father.
